We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Education Consultant / Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of communication, sales, and convincing skills. In this role, you will engage prospective learners through multiple channels, understand their educational needs, and guide them in choosing the right programs that align with their aspirations. You will also be responsible for converting inquiries into enrollments while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential learners via phone calls, emails, and online chats to understand their educational goals, needs, and preferences.
  • Use your strong sales and convincing abilities to guide prospective learners through the decision-making process and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with country-specific documentation processes, immigration regulations, and other regulatory requirements to ensure a smooth and compliant enrollment process for learners across various regions.
  • Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to enhance lead generation strategies, improve conversion rates, and optimize the overall learner journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective learners and document admissions data in the CRM system.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for self-improvement, stay informed about industry trends, and participate in relevant training sessions to enhance your skills.
