Job Title: Admission Counselor/Manager

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admission Counselor/Manager to provide expert guidance and support to international students, particularly those residing in Australia, on educational pathways and migration services. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional counseling services to students studying in Australia, advising on course selection, university options, and career pathways.
  • Support students in completing applications for universities, colleges, and vocational institutions, ensuring compliance with admission requirements.
  • Assist with document preparation, including Statement of Purpose (SOP), transcripts, and proof of English language proficiency.
  • Collaborate with Australian universities and colleges to stay updated on their programs, entry requirements, and policies.
  • Collaborate with registered migration agents to provide updated information on visa policies and migration options.
  • Prepare detailed reports on student enrollments, visa outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is typically required.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience counseling international students living in Australia, with expertise in admissions and migration services.
  • In-depth understanding of the Australian education system, including universities, TAFE institutions, and vocational training providers.
  • Familiarity with Australian visa subclasses and migration pathways.
  • Certification as an Education Agent (e.g., QEAC or similar) or completion of relevant training programs in education counseling and migration services is preferred.

Salary Range:

  • Between NPR 70,000 to NPR 120,000 monthly, depending on experience and qualifications.
