Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa requirements, immigration policies, and job opportunities in various countries.
Prepare and review visa application documents, ensuring they meet the required standards and regulations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to assist clients in completing the necessary paperwork.
Keep track of visa application processes and inform clients of any updates or changes.
Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the visa application process and provide ongoing support and guidance
Maintain client records in the system and prepare reports on visa application processes
Building relation with foreign recruitment agencies to help business expansion.
Counsel potential clients on the work visa application process.
Researching, developing, implementing, and achieving admission goals.
Providing information and explaining available demands, company policies, offerings, and counselling with best practices.
Providing guidance and information about the demands to clients.
Understanding the requirements of different job categories.
Organizing and managing relevant documents and paperwork related to clients' applications.
Performing administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Staying updated on changes in immigration policies and trends.
Ensuring clients comply with the terms and conditions of the demands.
Providing excellent customer service to clients.

Required Skill:

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
Familiar with visa application processes and documentation.
Knowledge of EuroPass CV format and creation.
Experience with online web portals.
Understanding of demand letters for employment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and customer service.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Immigration law, International Relations, etc.)
Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role in the immigration.
Knowledge of immigration and visa regulations and procedures
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in MS Office and data management systems
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required.
