Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive with strong counseling skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in generating leads and booking trial classes through effective communication and persuasion. This position demands a focused individual who thrives in a high-pressure environment, with a clear understanding of telecalling, counseling, and target-based roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and use counseling techniques to understand their needs, explain the value of our products, and book them for trial classes.
  • You will own hard daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions. Consistently meet or exceed a minimum of 120 calls per day to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Build rapport with prospects, maintain follow-up schedules, and guide them towards attending trial classes.
  • Understand the needs of potential customers, address their concerns, and provide personalized solutions to encourage trial class attendance.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system with key information after each call.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in an educational or service-oriented sector.
  • Strong counseling skills with the ability to understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.
  • Experience in target-driven roles with a track record of achieving or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and remain focused on the target.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
