Requirement:

  • 2 to 3 years of working in Administrative Role
  • Studying towards or completed MBA/BIT qualifications
  • Ideal to have a background in Business Development and Human Resource Management
  • A self-starter and an ability to work independently or in a team
  • Proven knowledge and experience in HR planning, talent acquisition employee engagement, training and development, employee retention, labour laws etc
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Current driver's license is essential
  • Excellent computer skills

Job Description

  • Assist on day to day administrative task
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends
  • Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate a high volume of prospective clients  
  • Determine market trends, evaluate competitors and recommend changes as appropriate
  • Undertake market research for new and existing products and services
  • Represent the organisation at trade shows and events
  • Performance management, including documentation of disciplinary actions 
  • Provide HR advice and support to Managers
  • Provide HR strategic advice to the Executive team
  • Assist Area Managers in recruitment process
