Roles and responsibilities of this job

Management and Administration:

Act as focal point of contact and coordinate with the higher authority to ensure successful accomplishment of task
Ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources
Maintain comprehensive work plan aligned with the company’s goals and objectives

Documentation:

Check the office documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity
Proper storage of the documents, cataloging and retrieving as required
Ensuring the confidentiality and security of the documents

Website Handling:

Maintain and update the website of a company (WordPress & Laravel)

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Business Management, Tourism or a related discipline
At least 2 year of working experience
Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate with office team, clients and other companies4. Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain work flow at the office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and proposals
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Ability to handle website, both back-end and front-end (WordPress & Laravel friendly)
Ability to generate tour packages or contents suitable for social media and websites
Computer friendly with high proficiency in MS word, excel, PowerPoint, and Social Media handling
Maintaining quality of work, and deliver outputs within established deadline and timeline
High proficiency in English language to communicate with foreign clients
Ability to be discrete and able to keep confidential information.
Candidates from tourism background are preferred

Preferable Skills:

SEO
Content Writing/Key Word Inclusion
Graphics Design i.e. Canva or Photoshop
Tally Software friendly
Nepali Typing

Note:

Age: 18 to 35 years old
Should have two-wheelers
Fluency in English, Hindi, and other
Luch and tea will be provided
