Job Purpose:
The purpose of the position is to ensure the employees’ or workers’ smooth functioning through coordinating for the provision of all supplementary & complementary services ensuring quality working relation, work hours and work environment and structured system for rewards, disciplinary actions and work culture.
Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
1. Personnel Administration
- To take relevant actions and steps for the employees as corrective and preventive measure to control misconducts and miscreants
- To maintain day to day functioning system and work structures are ongoing smoothly in the entire department.
- Managing dispute resolutions involving unions, management, contract negotiations, employees or government agencies, etc.
- Deal with issues like regulations, control over work structures, risk prevention, collective bargaining, union, industrial security
- Coordinate & Schedule the CBA / LRC & Health & Safety Committee at least once in 3 months and report to Corporate Office.
2. GR/IR/PR
- To arrange for Outsourcing of different functionalities and persons as per requirement
- To work as a company representative for Relation/Rapport Building with stakeholders
- To stay in line and work for all sorts State & Line Agency relationship and related issues
- To conduct Negotiations, Dealing and representation on behalf of company/management
- To work as essential authority in Conflict Management (Worker’s/ general employee’s) and Complaint Handling
- To lead the tasks of Event Management- Eves, Sports, Welcome/Farewell, Felicitation and Parties/picnics
3. Estate and Property Management
- To coordinate for Civil Construction, Housekeeping, Pantry, Canteen, Carpentry, electricity, plumbing and other various units/entities for effective functioning
- To monitor day to day of working stations and premises
- To deliver the effective Guest Relation/Hospitality
4. Front Office (Reception/Customer Care Unit)
- To assure that communication network and channels are effectively performing
- To maintain regular and effective correspondence within and outside
- To be aware and get enrolled in guest relations and guest handling
5. Security
- Get briefed about Day-to-day Security System arrangements through Security Manager
- Plan for security arrangements for preventive and corrective safety of important at office
- Arrange proper security measures for systematization of incoming and outgoing materials, including inputs, products, byproducts and other relevant items.
6. Gardening
- Direct supervision for cleansing, displacing, filling, plantation, cutting, tree felling and other relevant jobs.
7. Medicare
- To regularize and upgrade the services of Medicare
- To maintain effective service delivery of Vehicle / Ambulance
- Office Transportation/Conveyance/ Weighing Bridge
- To ensure that the office bearers and their relevant associates are provided with the office vehicles as per requirement
- Coordinating for the Air/Train/Bus Ticket and monthly mobile Sim Card.
- To systematize the conveyance for top management, senior officials and general staffs for functional requirement
- To arrange appropriate transportation for all office supplies, inputs and products in an cost-effective and proper way
- To function the Weighing Bridge of unit effectively to control fraudulent activities, misconducts and miscreants
- Manage for all sorts of legal & other relevant documentations, processes and authentications from line agencies
8. Administrative Management: Office and Office Supply
- To ensure that all office bearers are provided with appropriate office supplies, including (but not limited to) stationeries, communication medias, furniture & fixtures, electronics and networking.
- To ensure that all the staffs are provided with appropriate office rooms and workspaces or quality workstations.
9. Administrative Management: Utilities
- To ensure that telecommunications, networking, electricity and other relevant utilities are paid for timely.
- To maintain that safe drinking water supply and sanitation is assured and paid for in time
10. Other Roles and Responsibility will be as suggested by Unit Head or Immediate supervisor.
- Report: Monthly report and weekly report.
- Qualification: BBA/MBA - Graduate in management
- Experience: 7 years of experience in Liquor or Beverage Industry
