Office Administration

  • Maintain office supplies, equipment and liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Organise and maintain both digital and physical records in an accurate and accessible manner.

Communication and Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails and visitors
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules and appointments for the team.
  • Assist with internal communications and ensure important updates are shared with the team.

Support to Teams and Departments

  • Assist the office with administrative tasks as required.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Help organise company events, meetings and internal initiatives.
