Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Intermediate degree/+2  in commerce, management or equivalent 
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of admin , finance and procurement.
  • Age should not exceed 35 years as of February 16, 2016.
  • Age limit will not be applicable for PAF's working staffs.


Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

  • He/she should have proficiency in MS computer application and computer based software. 
  • The position holder should be proficient in verbal/written English and Nepali.

Duties and Responsibilities : 

  • Maintain the store management system as per the GoN rules, forms and formats
  • Prepare purchase orders for procuring goods and services from the suppliers
  • Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders and invoice; document and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received
  • Disseminate the goods in its designated areas securing the status of each goods considering precaution for possible damages or scratches
  • Ensure that all the purchase and issues are made in accordance with the PAF rules and procedures
  • Maintain the Store, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Preparation of monthly reports relating to store and assist in preparation of IPR
  • Initiate Physical Verification of goods/Assets at the end of each year
  • Facilitate during the process of internal & external audit of PAF
  • Any other assignments as given by Administration officer
