• Maintain up to date documentation of data of the organization, file and enter data, reconcile invoices.
• Communicate with internal staff members, customers/clients, contractors (Phone conversation required)
• Prepare quotes, invoices and statement using accounting software (Training provided)
• Participate in presenting ideas in improvising organization’s operations
• Assist in other duties and activities under the direction of manager and senior department
• Other duties and responsibilities are subject to matter of company’s discretion job roles relating under admin officer position

NOTE:

• Should be available (Monday to Friday) only
• Time Schedule is from 5:30 am till 1:30 pm.
• Fluent English proficiency is must
• Training provided for right candidate
