Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
Maintain working environment standards as well as maintain the office premises
Maintain the proper documentation system within the department as well as maintain the confidentiality of the documents
Supporting department managers, staff, and Director
Maintain good working relations with the client and with the vendors
Prepare/ Update admin and procurement as needed
Coordinating building and maintenance issues for a general repair
Responsible and line manage Office attendant
