Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Plan for the budgetary constraints of the company and verify all the internal spending
  • Verify the internal purchase and plan for future purchases
  • Verify the inventory items and plan for effective management of the stock
  • Communicate, on behalf of the company, with distributors, customers, agents and suppliers
  • Assessing possible risks to the organization and ensuring they are monitored and minimized
  • Responsible for the quality, timeliness and presentation of work and ensuring a high degree of professionalism is maintained
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with service providers, project owners and investors
  • Coordinate with in-house admin team to develop, roll out and monitor administrative plans and policies
  • Prepare, update and edit the office policies
  • Make sure that the office process and procedures run smoothly
  • Make sure that all the administrative tasks are done on time
  • Work closely with other departments for other related works
