Job Description

Department: HR & Administration
Workplace: Nepal, Gorkha brewery
Reporting line: HR Manager People & Operations

Job responsibilities:

Arrange for the availability and maintenance of utilities and service facilities of office premise.
Coordinate for repairs maintenance & operation of office equipment.
Procurement and inventory management of office supplies
Supervision of office supplies and inventory management
Employee Travel Management
Monitoring, Supervision of support staff, Reception & coordination with various departments, requirement for their services
Preparation of official reports and other documents as and when necessary
Maintain Board & AGM related documents / files / minutes / agreements etc., and support Company Secretary for Board & AGM related jobs.
Administration & disbursement of Employee Benefits
Employee Attendance & Leave Management

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
2 Years+ Experience in the similar field
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Good command in written and spoken Nepali & English
