In addition, KOSHISH is also working in system strengthening and creating a model that the government and other stakeholders may able to replicate.

Job Description

The Admin/Finance Assistant is responsible for managing field level financial transactions, accounting, budgeting, book-keeping and logistic management. S/he will also be responsible for preparing financial report of the projects.

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting of field level financial transactions of the projects 
  • Support project staffs to meet all the compliance requirement of budget execution in line with existing guidelines and guidelines of organization.
  • Review and check the reimbursement/settlement requests of staffs, vendors and consultants.
  • Assist in preparing vouchers and maintain systematic documentation on timely basis.
  • Reconcile the advance and payable accounts on timely basis. 
  • Assist to prepare report monthly/quarterly financial plan.
  • Review and compile books of the projects for preparation of financial statements.
  • Facilitate to in logistic management of workshop/event
  • Maintain the record of fixed assets of the projects in field office 
  • Prepare monthly plan and submit report regularly
  • Follow organization's policies and guidelines for ensuring necessary documents for financial transactions
  • Other duties as assigned by the organization.

Reports to: Admin/Finance Officer

Education Level: Intermediate in Management or equivalent; Bachelor preferred

Experience required: A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar field

Job Location: Hetauda and Pokhara

Remuneration and Benefit: Negotiable as per competence and experience
