Job Description: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Admin/Accounts Officer. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, handle financial transactions, and ensure efficient office operations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Record financial transactions in the accounting software.
