Job Description

We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team at Kings Travel Solutions. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing administrative support to our travel agents and tour operators in order to ensure smooth operation of daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist travel agents in booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for clients
  • Maintain and update company databases and keep track of relevant information
  • Prepare and process travel documents such as visa applications and travel insurance forms
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and assist with basic accounting tasks
  • Coordinate and book appointments and meetings for the management team
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed
