Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain HR policies, compliance, and employee records.
  • Tracked daily attendance and generated monthly reports for payroll and leave management.
  • Calculate monthly salaries, overtime, deductions, and bonuses accurately.
  • Prepare provident fund, gratuity, and other HR documentation.
  • Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and office infrastructure.
  • Supervise logistics operations, including courier services, inventory, and asset management.
  • Ensure office infrastructure (electricity, internet, equipment) runs smoothly.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Monitor office kitchen hygiene, stock supplies, and ensure quality standards.
