Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Prepare and manage MIS reports for financial and operational tracking.
Provide necessary support and reports to the Sales Team, handling sales coordination, back-office operations, and distribution management.
Receive, verify, and analyze financial data and reports from the Accounts team.
Interpret data and provide strategic suggestions to improve sales performance.
Follow up with the sales team for day-to-day collections and ensure timely payments.
Assist and support the Factory Admin in operational and financial tasks.

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Required Skills:

Strong financial and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in MIS reporting and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
Sales and distribution management knowledge.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Accounts, and Factory Admin).
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
