Roles and responsibilities of this job

Supervisor / Manager: Operation Manager
Type of Contract: Fixed Term, Extendable
Post Level: Mid-Level
Starting Date: Immediately

We are looking for an Admin Officer aged below 30 years to be responsible for below mentioned day-to-day administrative and operational duties and responsibilities as required by the company.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls and other communications
Managing filing system
Recording information as needed
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
Helping organize and maintain office common areas
Performing general office clerical duties
Organizing travel by booking transportation, accommodation, and other reservations as required
Coordinating events as necessary
Maintaining supply inventory and proper recording
Maintaining office equipment as needed
Arranging logistics and managing it in good function
Handling day-to-day banking activities as required

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelors in Management or Business Administration or Related Field
Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar role

Language:

Strong communication skills (Both Nepali and English-Written and Verbal)

Skills:

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Documentation, Nepali Typing & Office Management Skills
Basic Appointment and Presentation Skills
Ability to operate Adobe Photoshop
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Valid 2-wheeler driving license with own personal motorbike or scooter
Preparing memorandum of approvals and proposals
Teamwork Skills
Organized and able to meet deadlines
