Job Description

  • Maintaining digital personnel records like employment info, appointment Letters
  • Maintain and update employee database
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts, SSF accounts and working days
  • Publish and remove job ads
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Will be responsible to update the holiday notice, as per office calendar
  • Need to look after staff leave record and update it to account team
  • Record and filling of Project file, both on hardcopy and soft copy
  • Gather the necessary documents required for project file and update it accordingly
  • Managed office documents
  • Helped review and format the Department documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Completing administrative assignments
