Roles and responsibilities of this job

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
2 years of work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant.
Proficient with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Knowledge of labor legislation (e.g. organizational health and safety, employee benefit, etc).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organization and analytical skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain an employee’s personal records.
