Requirement:

  • Experience: More than 8 years of experience in admin HR-related feild.
  • Education: Master’s /Bachelor’s in Management or related field.
  • Duty Station: Kathmandu when required need to visit site office.

Other qualities:

  • Proactive and Good communication and reporting skills in English.
  • Must know labor act related matters and visa procedures.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in admin HR-related matters with proven experience as manager of at least 3 years.
  • Knowledge in international labor practices will be an added bonus.


Job Description

Administration:

  • Ensure smooth operation of the Company through proper management of all admin related matters with special focus on admin matters of site.
  • Ensure proper control regarding the assets of the Company regarding proper recording and ensure that it’s not used for unauthorized purpose.
  • Maintain computerized record of fixed assets, spares, and stationery items in systematic manner with details of receipt, issuance, and balance.
  • Develop and maintain a register of vendors for regular procurement activities. The vendor performance should be evaluated from time to time and required corrective actions should be taken.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Team to ensure that the suppliers are paid on timely basis.
  • Ensure proper recording of all the incoming materials.
  • Take charge of all the documentation of the Company and be responsible for proper storage of the documents, cataloging and retrieving as required.
  • Ensure that the Company receives best value for money in all its procurements of goods and services and all the procurements are in strict compliance of the procurement policies.
  • Ensure that IT consultants/employees provide services on a timely manner.
  • Update and maintenance of website of the Company.
  • Handle store of the Company.
  • Arrange for property insurance of fixed assets of the company, if necessary.
  • Review the adequacy of basic amenities such as lighting, seating, network, internet, water, tidiness, etc. in the office space and instruct support staff/vendor for necessary arrangement.
  • Provide required information/inputs for preparation of periodic budgets.

Human Resources:

  • Provide guidance to subordinates in obtaining non tourist visa if required
  • Ensure timely work permits of the management
  • Ensure timely preparation of salary sheet and payment
  • Manage and improvise the HR software
  • Perform various acts for improving the staff morale
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, selection, and hiring of new employees.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Implement performance evaluation systems and provide feedback and coaching to employees to improve productivity and development.
  • Identify training needs, coordinate employee development programs, and help employees reach their full potential.
  • Administer employee compensation programs, including salary, bonuses, and benefits, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain employee records, manage HR data systems, and prepare necessary reports for management and legal requirements.
  • Work with senior management to create and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s long-term objectives.
