Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

He/she should have comprehensive knowledge on Administration and Finance with 3-5 years of experience as an Officer.Oversee the overall financial and administrative management of the program
Maintain complete set of books of account according to the principle of accounting and update it on daily basis. Ensure accuracy of supporting documents
Support in project proposal development
Prepare and submit periodic financial reports for to the donor organizations
Manage annual audit exercise, prepare audit follow-up action plans, and ensure that the action plan is implemented
Oversee the financial and administrative management of field office and implementing partners, including internal audit
Ensure the compliance of all the provisions of guidelines regarding personnel management, procurement, sub contract and financial management
Manage all correspondence related to administration and finance

Offered Salary: Rs. 25,000+Incentive
