Job Description

Carry on day to day office activities
Work as per the instruction of secretariat and as per the decision of Executive Committee
Liaison with Government Agencies and other stakeholders
Prepare letters and daily, weekly, monthly reports on behalf of NAI
Prepare necessary plans, schedule and checklist to implement the annual plan of NAI
Directly involve in membership extension and strengthening
Develop program proposals and necessary documents
Prepare PR, PO and make necessary purchase for the office
Keep daily record of office transaction and accounting procedure
Maintain office hygienic, neat and develop working environment
