Job Description

Email correspondence with our customers - wholesale and retail. This includes handling customer complaint and enquiries with guideline and help from the production managers and company director. This includes creating order confirmations, invoices, and invoice tracking
Handling and entering of various types of orders, across both retail and wholesale.
In charge of printing and coordination orders. Including final crosscheck of packed items.
Correspondence and follow-up on cargo/courier, as well as monitoring tracking and delivery.
Coordination with our production and packing team
Entering and editing online products and pictures
Entering stock updates online
Wholesale: Entering and updating products, products specifics (composition, weight, yarn type etc) in our tracking admin system
Crosschecking courier bills
Other Impulsive tasks
