Job Description

We are seeking Admin Coordinators with strong computer and coordination skills to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidates will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating office activities, managing communication, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Excellent computer skills and a strong ability to coordinate between teams are key for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage office operations, schedules, and day-to-day activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients/vendors.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and records.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence (email, phone calls, and other communication channels).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks and projects.
