Job Description

  • Work on Hub/Warehouse/ or any New Building relocation as per requirements which includes site visits and reporting to the concerned teams
  • Maintain contract & agreement records and update all the contracts (Space Rental Contracts, Service Contracts, Delivery and LH contracts, Constructions Contracts, and Procurement contracts (if needed) aligning with admin and legal team
  • Identification of any minor or major repair and maintenance at Hubs or Warehouses and coordination with respective teams & vendors for the same
  • Prepare & Update utilities report & tracking of Hubs utility expenses
  • Active involvement & support in the team events like new year-end party, indoor tournaments, Campaign based events etc
  • Maintain a strong Vendor/Landlord relationship
  • Coordination with outsourcing companies for the management of housekeeping and security guards
  • Lead and support other regional projects

Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2-3-years of experience
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Should possess good communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments and work under high pressure
  • Working knowledge in Excel and MS Office package
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
