  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, other expenditures and submit it to Head Office Account Department
  • Updating office policies and procedures
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Preparing memos, invoices letters, and other documents
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings
  • Maintain Monthly Attendance
  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
  • Inventory Management
