Job Description

Contract type: Permanent

The role

  • Administer front desk of the VSO Nepal County Office 
  • Communicate with volunteers and Country office on an administrative and logistics matters 
  • Provide secretarial support to the country office 
  • Administer store and inventories of office supplies 

The applicant 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject or intermediate level with several years of experience in similar capacity 
  • Excellent computer skills (Windows, Excel, Power Point) 
  • Able to manage time and tight schedules, working effectively under pressure
  • Experience working with international NGOs is desirable
