Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments and assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Develop and maintain an update filing system (hard and soft copies)
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management
