Roles and responsibilities of this job

Firiri Ventures is seeking proactive and detail-oriented Admin and Operations Support professional to assist in the daily administrative and operational activities of the Firiri App and its service verticals. The role involves coordinating internal operations, supporting vendors and partners on the platform, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth operational flow of services offered through the Firiri digital platform.

The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of handling multiple operational and administrative tasks while maintaining high efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

Maintain and manage administrative documentation, records, and operational files of the company.
Assist management in preparing reports, operational documents, and internal communications.
Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain internal correspondence.
Handle office administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and record keeping.

2. Operations Support for Firiri App

Monitor day-to-day operations of the Firiri App and its service verticals.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers listed on the platform.
Ensure accurate listing of products, menus, services, and pricing on the platform.
Assist in onboarding new vendors and maintaining vendor documentation.
Track customer orders, bookings, or service requests and ensure operational efficiency.

3. Vendor & Partner Coordination

Communicate with vendors regarding operational updates, promotions, and platform requirements.
Assist in vendor registration, verification, and support services.
Ensure vendors follow company policies, pricing standards, and platform guidelines.

4. Operational Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor operational performance and report any technical or service-related issues to the relevant team.
Prepare operational reports, vendor performance summaries, and activity reports.
Support management in improving operational processes and service delivery.

5. Customer & Platform Support

Assist in handling customer inquiries and operational concerns.
Coordinate with technical and support teams to resolve issues related to app services.
Ensure quality and smooth user experience within the platform.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of digital platforms, marketplaces, or service apps will be an advantage.
