Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Admin & HR Head to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, as well as administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both administrative management and human resources, capable of leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, streamline operations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Management or Human Resources, with an LLB Degree preferred.
  • Proven working experience as an Admin & HR Head or other relevant HR roles, with at least 7 years of experience.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
