Job Description

Pahichan Nepal is seeking a Program Admin Officer to join our team. We are looking for a motivated candidate who can bring their expertise in financial management and administrative support to the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
  • Proven interpersonal and intercultural skills; team player
  • Revise, adapt, and monitor Nepal Country Strategy tracking socio-political barriers and opportunities, progression of disability rights and inclusive development, and growth of the disability movement
  • Assist with other tasks, as needed
  • Provide financial records
  • Manage the organization’s budget, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date 
  • Monitor and report on financial performance and budget forecasts 
  • Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
