Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Organize and maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Managing and maintaining daily bookkeeping
Petty cash management
Reconciling financial activities(Bank/petty cash)
Producing a budget v/s actual for each of the running project on a monthly basis - Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues - Ensure the company is compliant to Tax liabilities
Coordinating with project team lead for monthly payroll
Prepare and disseminate periodic financial reports as per the requirement from the grant providers
Arrange travel and accommodations
Support with SWC project approval work and the annual organization renew work

Relationship and coordination roles:

Coordinate with vendors/service providers
Coordinate with the project team to fulfill fiscal reporting requirements
Coordinate and consolidate financial operations with project team on a weekly basis
Being a point of contact for reconciling team budgets
Coordinate with auditor to clarify confusions regarding financial processes

Skills developing roles:

Understanding and implementing the reporting systems for different grant providers
Support with project budgeting for new project

Reports to: Executive Director || Project Manager

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance - Accounting or relevant field
At least 2 years of working experience in related field
Strong attention to details
Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
Ability to work in a team as well as work independently
Preferably proficiency of using Tally Software
Decent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt and learn new software
