Job Description

  • Organize and maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents 
  • Managing and maintaining daily bookkeeping 
  • Petty cash management 
  • Reconciling financial activities(Bank/petty cash) 
  • Producing a budget v/s actual for each of the running project on a monthly basis - Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues - Ensure the company is compliant to Tax liabilities 
  • Coordinating with project team lead for monthly payroll 
  • Prepare and disseminate periodic financial reports as per the requirement from the grant providers 
  • Arrange travel and accommodations 
  • Support with SWC project approval work and the annual organization renew work 

Relationship and coordination roles:

  • Coordinate with vendors/service providers 
  • Coordinate with the project team to fulfill fiscal reporting requirements
  • Coordinate and consolidate financial operations with project team on a weekly basis
  • Being a point of contact for reconciling team budgets 
  • Coordinate with auditor to clarify confusions regarding financial processes 

Skills developing roles:

  • Understanding and implementing the reporting systems for different grant providers
  • Support with project budgeting for new project
