Role Description

The Admin and Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and financial operations within the training center. This role involves ensuring smooth administrative functioning, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the training team in various capacities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management (BBA/BBS), or in a related field
  • Proven experience in administration and accounting (2-3 years preferred)
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with education or training environments is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure that all administrative processes are efficient
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections
  • Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular financial reports to management
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
  • Handle payroll processing of staff
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office and training needs
  • Support the organization of training programmes and events, including logistics and registration
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative or accounting issues that may arise
