Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through effective bookkeeping practices.
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support decision-making processes.
Demonstrate expertise in working with accounting software to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, utilizing functions and formulas to analyze financial data and create comprehensive reports.
Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring proper coding and classification of financial transactions.
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide financial information and support as needed.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely manner.
Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
