Required Qualification Criteria:

BBA/BBS/MBA/MBS from a recognized university
Atleast 3-5 years of demonstrated accounting experience in a 3-5 star Hotel
Experience in carrying out cost analysis of Food and Beverages
Perform profitability analysis of F&B
Ability to maintain F&B costing and inventory management systems
Ability to monitor food and beverage performance through analysis of daily food covers, sales and cost reports
Good working knowledge of food and beverage inventory
Experienced in controlling food and beverage budget expense lines
Should have complete knowledge about Tax, VAT and TDS
Knowledge of Accounting Software like Tally/ Swastik etc
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Package
