We are a high-performance Australian Financial Services Group expanding our Kathmandu operations. We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our Senior Operations Team. This is an entry-level position ideal for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in Global Cloud Accounting (Xero/QuickBooks) under the mentorship of a CA Supervisor and Senior Australian Accountants.

Reporting Line: You will report directly to the Operations Coordinator (internal) and the Senior Accountant (external).

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support: Assist the Senior Team with data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations for Australian entities.
Accounts Payable: Managing bill payments and vendor records for Group Companies under the supervision of the Coordinator.
Compliance Support: Preparing draft documents for BAS and Tax returns for review by the Senior Accountant.
Admin & Logistics: Managing digital filing systems and ensuring the "Clean Desk" policy is maintained in the office.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management/Accounting (BBS/BBA) or running.
Experience: 0–1 Year. Fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
English: High proficiency in written English (required for Australian client communication).
Tech Savvy: Must be comfortable with Excel and willing to learn cloud-based software.
Discipline: We operate on Australian time standards. Strict punctuality (8:00 AM start) is non-negotiable.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | 5-Day Work Week
