Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Book keeping
Manage all accounting entries
Create and maintain spreadsheets, database & financial reports
Debtors and creditors reconciliation
Bank Reconciliation
Maintaining stock and reports
Daily transactions reports
Monthly financial reports
Assist with preparation of financial statements
Filing monthly tax returns
legal compliance task related to organisation

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelors Degree or above in Accounting / Finance
Must have 3 years of experience in similar field/ corporate accounting/Audit firms
Preferred Knowledge of accounting software Tally ERP
Excellent Knowledge in MS office
Planning and organizational skills
Inter personnel and negotiation skills
sound written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Self motivation and commitment
