• Preparing vouchers and make entries in respective accounts Swastik Accounting Software.
• Reconciliation of accounts (Cash, Bank, Party, Ledgers, Inventory etc) 
• Maintain Proper filing.
• Prepare TDS and VAT report every month, Online submission and sent for verification.
• Coordinate with customers for receiving required TDS receivables documents
• Coordinate with parties for mis-match  documents for  VAT & Tax submission
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounts data.
• Coordinate and Prepare documents required or  audit.
• Preparing documents for tax clearance letter and visit tax office for letter.
• Keeping financial information confidential.
• Comply with financial policies and regulation.
• Perform well under deadlines/pressure and be detail-oriented.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Good Knowledge of accounting software(Swastik Accounting Software)
• Must be Deadline-Oriented
