Daily record keeping of Business income and expenditure
Bank reconciliation
Analysing company’s revenue and expenditure for preparing and updating cash flow forecast.
Monitoring aged receivable and report to team leader.
Liaising with external and internal stakeholder for timely payment of creditors.
Maintaining contracts with sub-agents and super-agents
Monitoring and processing refunds
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reconcile creditors & debtors accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss statements on monthly and quarterly basis.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Prepare bank reports as per requirement and submit on timely basis
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements
