We have been involved in supply and services related to various Medical Equipment, Accessories and Medicines in Neurology, Neuro-Surgery, Opthalmology, Radiology, Critical Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry, Gynecology, Hospital Infrastructure & Orthopaedic Divisions to Government/Private/Non-Government/Donor Agency funded-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts/Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals, Medical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal.   • Knowledge of basic accounting
  • Able to work under pressure
  • He/she should have sound knowledge of reconciliation and Income Tax and all the Government related statutory compliance
  • Should have good communication skill
  • Should be skilled on Cash management (e.g. bank account reconciliations, management of funds transfers to and from accounts), Financial reporting (e.g. monthly management reports), Budget maintenance (e.g. tracking actual), Accounts administration (e.g. monitoring of payments, periodical reconciliations)
  • At least 2 years of working experience in service accounting, preferably
  • Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principlesBiomed International Pvt Ltd a well established company dealing with medical equipment, devices and instruments seeks applications from suitable candidates for the following positions

Job Description

  • Should report to the seniors mainly manager and MD
  • Handle all transactions related to accounts
  • Tax clearance
  • Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions
  • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
  • Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
