Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Ensuring accurate record of the Daily accounting operations, including Expenses, Sales, Petty cash and general ledger activities in the Accounting System.
Reconciling Bank Statements, Vendor and Customer Accounts (Accounts Payables and Receivables)
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing of financial documents.
Assist in preparing financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheets)
Assist in filing of TDS returns, VAT returns, and other statutory submissions.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and reconciliations.
Collaborate with different departments to streamline accounting processes.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
1-2 years of experience in related field.
Proficiency in Tally software and MS Excel.
General knowledge of VAT and TAX systems as per the policies of the Government of Nepal.
Certification in book-keeping or accounting is an advantage
Having a License of Two Wheeler and open to travel for Office work.
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
Analytical thinker and problem solver.
Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
