Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
Prepare budget and financial forecasts
Publish financial statements on time
Conduct month-end and year-end close process
Collect, analyze and summarize account information
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
Develop periodic reports for management
Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
Properly manage the inventory of the company and prepare the monthly inventory report
Responsible for doing all kind of bank related works on behalf of the company by maintaining close coordination with the bank

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

At least 3 years experience in relevant industry (FMCG)
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedure like book keeping, purchase reconciliation, taxation system(income, TDS, sales tax, ETC.), VAT and government related Tax work
Should have good knowledge on accounting software (Tally, ERP, etc.)
Must have knowledge about L.C. and banking system
Must have knowledge about payroll and salary sheet
