Department: Finance & Accounts
Position Level: Assistant

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to provide accurate and timely support in day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, data entry, filing, invoice processing, reconciliation, and other routine Finance & Accounts functions in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Accounting Data Entry & Documentation

Enter day-to-day financial transactions accurately into the Company's accounting/ERP system.
Prepare and organize payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, journal vouchers, purchase and sales documents, and other accounting records as assigned.
Check basic completeness of invoices, bills, receipts, and supporting documents before submission to the Accounts Officer.
Properly file and maintain accounting documents for easy retrieval.
Assist in maintaining ledgers, registers, schedules, and other accounting records.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance & Accounts Department as required.
Assist in improving filing, documentation, and accounting processes.
Perform other routine accounting and finance-related duties.

C. Accounts Payable & Receivable Support

D. Import, Export & LC Support

E. Inventory & Manufacturing Accounting Support

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum Experience: 1 year of prior experience in accounting/finance is preferred. Fresh graduates with suitable academic qualifications and basic accounting knowledge may also be considered.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles, MS Office/Excel, and accounting/ERP software.
