Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Accounts Assistant will support day-to-day accounting operations by ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with applicable regulations, and smooth coordination of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately record and maintain purchase bill entries in Excel, Tally, and the company dashboard.
Record and update sales bill entries in Google Sheets and Tally.
Maintain systematic filing and documentation of accounting records.
Monitor and track accounting books to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and issue VAT bills and VCTS in compliance with statutory requirements.
Communicate with clients to follow up on receivables and manage payables professionally.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
Prior experience in an accounting or finance support role is an advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and MS Excel; familiarity with Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information responsibly.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Note: The primary work location is Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, with occasional required visits to Sallaghari, Bhaktapur.
