Accounts and Administrative Officer

Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 5 years
Professional Skill Required	:	Financial Forecasting Account Coordination

5 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in the development sector
Excellent communications skills in Nepali and English languages
Computer proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Familiar with accounting softwares
Strong coordination, facilitation and networking skills
Ability to build and maintain good relationship
Contributing team member

Prepare monthly Financial Statements for BRAC International (BI)
Support Country Team in preparing financial proposals with the support of Programme team and BI.
Produce variance report and analysis for all expenditures
Report monthly, quarterly with variance analysis to CR, BI and Donor
Ensure Legal Compliance and timely submission of tax
Manage payroll and cash to ensure effective internal control system
Orient and monitor partner NGO on financial management, reporting and tax
Maintain liaison with external and internal auditors to ensure clean reporting
Administer the BRAC Procurement Guidelines – 2012
Supervise administrative assistant
Assist in human resource related activities
Updating risk register on half yearly basis and submitting to BI
Work with IT team for improving the quality of financial record keeping and reporting
