Job Description

  • Prepare monthly Financial Statements for BRAC International (BI)
  • Support Country Team in preparing financial proposals with the support of Programme team and BI.
  • Produce variance report and analysis for all expenditures
  • Report monthly, quarterly with variance analysis to CR, BI and Donor
  • Ensure Legal Compliance and timely submission of tax
  • Manage payroll and cash to ensure effective internal control system
  • Orient and monitor partner NGO on financial management, reporting and tax
  • Maintain liaison with external and internal auditors to ensure clean reporting
  • Administer the BRAC Procurement Guidelines – 2012
  • Supervise administrative assistant
  • Assist in human resource related activities
  • Updating risk register on half yearly basis and submitting to BI
  • Work with IT team for improving the quality of financial record keeping and reporting
