We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing and SEO Executive who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with the organization over the long term. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a solid foundation in digital marketing within a professional services environment and are willing to commit for at least three years.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Execution:

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities across SEO, social media, email marketing, and basic paid campaigns.
Support website content updates, blogs, and landing pages related to UK accounting services.
Manage and maintain social media posting schedules and engagement activities.

SEO & Content:

Conduct keyword research relevant to accounting and professional services in the UK market.
Support on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
Create and optimize basic marketing content in line with SEO best practices.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track website traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
Prepare basic performance reports and assist in identifying improvement opportunities.

Collaboration & Learning:

Coordinate with internal teams to understand services and convert them into digital content.
Support branding, outreach, and digital growth initiatives.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and SEO best practices.

Note: This position is intended for candidates seeking long-term career growth. Applicants must be willing to commit to a minimum three-year contract with the company.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content writing, or related areas.
Fresh graduates with strong knowledge and interest in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and digital content.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and
SEO tools is an advantage.
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage tasks independently creating structed process.

Personal Attributes:

Strong willingness to learn and grow long term within the organization.
Disciplined, responsible, and professionally committed.
Comfortable signing a minimum three-year employment contract.
