Job Description

Maintain and update financial records, including ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and financial statements.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, as well as providing financial reports to management.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, prepare and file tax returns, and manage tax-related documentation.
Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide insights for decision-making.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Utilize accounting software and tools for data entry, reconciliation, and generating financial reports.
Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and reorder supplies when necessary.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, as well as prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments.
Properly store and categorize items to ensure efficient retrieval and minimize damage.
Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or defects.
Maintain records of inventory transactions, update databases, and generate reports.
